The Build School Process
Work through the self-led video library at your own pace. Get oriented to the tools, the workflow, and the way agents actually fit into building software.
Use the Confabulator tool to lay the foundation for your project: shape your vision, set up your GitHub repo, write the docs your agent needs to be useful.
Join the recurring office hours, co-works, and community dinners. Stay as long as you need to get your app off the ground and well-supported. Learn to not just build your app, but to manage and run it with Behalf.bot.
When your project is ready for outside capital, the Grid7 Venture Catalyst program is a potential follow-on for investment and incubation.
Why now?
Agentic AI is the new frontier
Things are evolving quickly and the best way to learn in a rapidly-changing space is to get your hands dirty with this stuff.
Pretty soon people won't be interacting with web pages to accomplish tasks. They'll give their goals, resources and constraints to their agent and have it operate on their behalf.
This shift is already underway. The people who get their hands dirty now with using agents will have a head start and personal familiarity with this incredibly powerful tech.
You don't learn how to surf by reading a book about it. You learn to surf by getting in the water and getting wet. This is your chance to be early in the waters of agentic AI, and to learn and be supported by a community.
You Don't Need to Be Technical
Agentic engineering has reached the point where you can operate purely as a product manager. You describe what you want. Your agent writes the code, runs the tests, ships to production.
Describe what you want clearly
(product thinking)
Drive your agent to build it
(agent collaboration)
Test and debug systematically
(problem solving)
Ship to production
(shipping discipline)
If you can write clearly and think logically, you can ship software in 2026.
About Your Guide

Sean has given 50+ talks, been featured in Wired, Inc, TechCrunch and many other publications and has built at least a dozen applications using these exact AI tools. He's been teaching non-technical founders to code via Vibecode Lisboa for over a year, with 350 plus members in the community.
More importantly: he's retired, so this is a mission, not a business. His goal is to help you gain proficiency with these tools, exit the rat race and build what you're meant to build.
Format
A rolling schedule you can join at any point. Show up to what you need, skip what you don't.
Monday and Wednesday, 6pm Lisbon time, over Zoom. Work through blockers, review progress, learn alongside other builders. All sessions are filmed and added to the library for members.
In-person co-work session every Friday in Lisbon (zoom access for remote participants). Location announced to subscribers in the members Discord.
Once a month, in person in Lisbon, the whole community at one table. Optional but it's the easiest way to meet the other builders.
When enough members have projects ready to show, we run a demo night so everyone ships their work in front of the community.
Once a quarter, community members can opt to go off-grid together to a wilderness retreat. We plan goals, do an in-depth review of where each of us is at, deepen the relationships that make this more than an online subscription, and close the laptops.
Pen and paper for real introspection. Time to zoom out from the day-to-day tactical to the strategic. And breaking bread together. This is where the community truly bonds.

Who This Is For
Solo founders. People in transition - sabbatical, career pivot, between gigs. Anyone curious about agents who wants to learn by doing.
- You have an app idea or a business you want to run leaner
- You want to learn agents firsthand, not from a podcast
- You can commit a few hours a week to actually building
- You're willing to get your hands dirty - get in the water
- You want to actually ship, not just plan
- You're looking for someone to build it for you
- You can't commit the time
- You're just exploring ideas (use Confabulator first)
- You're not willing to learn new tools
- You want a guaranteed success (we can't promise that)
