Build School: Ship Your MVP
in 30 Days
An intensive, hands-on cohort where you work directly with Sean to turn your app idea into a working product—even if you've never written code before.
Stop waiting for a technical co-founder. Start building.
What You'll Achieve
By the end of Build School, you will:
Ship a Working MVP
Your application, live and in production, ready for real users
Master AI-Powered Development Tools
Claude Code, Cursor, and v0 become your development team
Work as a Product Manager
Treat AI as your CTO and senior engineer—you define what to build
Build in Public
Proper GitHub workflows, documentation, and professional practices
Join a Community
Connect with builders creating the future of software
This isn't theory. This isn't watching videos.
This is you, building your project, with direct mentorship from someone who's done it dozens of times.
The Build School Process
Use our self-serve tool to lay the foundation for your project: define your vision, set up your GitHub repo, and create your project documentation.
We accept 5-6 participants per cohort. Selection is based on project potential and your commitment to shipping.
- Kickoff Event (Early November): Meet your cohort, set goals, get oriented
- Weekly Office Hours: Work sessions where we tackle blockers, review progress, and learn together
- Daily Building: You work on your project with AI tools, we help when you're stuck
- Demo Day (End of November): Ship your MVP and showcase what you built
Successful projects can transition to Open Startup Community or Problemattic for continued support, funding, and talent.
Why This Works
You Don't Need to Be Technical
AI models and development tools have reached the point where you can operate purely as a product manager. You'll learn to:
Describe what you want clearly
(product thinking)
Work with AI to generate the code
(AI collaboration)
Test and debug systematically
(problem solving)
Deploy to production
(shipping discipline)
If you can write clearly and think logically, you can build software in 2025.
About Your Guide
Sean has led dozens of talks and built at least a dozen applications using these exact AI tools. He's been teaching non-technical founders to code via Vibecode Lisboa for over a year, with 700+ members in the Meetup.
More importantly: he's retired, so this is a mission, not a business. His goal is to help you escape the rat race and build what you're meant to build.
